David W. Schaeffer has 27 years of experience serving the manufacturing industry. He is a member of the Michigan Manufacturers Association and the Great Lakes Bay Manufacturers Association. He is the Managing Principal of the Saginaw office, and serves on the Yeo & Yeo Board of Directors. He leads the Business Consulting team for Saginaw

Mr. Schaeffer’s expertise is in small business consulting for management, financial reporting and tax issues with strong emphasis in the manufacturing, construction, retail and wholesale sectors. He is accredited in business valuation for all industries with additional expertise in litigation support, succession planning, business plans and start-ups. He conducts management studies including job costing, pricing models, organizational structure and team meetings and reports.

Jane M. Johnson has 20 years of experience serving the manufacturing industry. She is a member of the Great Lakes Bay Manufacturers’ Association, the Michigan Manufacturers Association and the Manufacturing Industry Group of the Leading Edge Alliance.

Jane has experience with audits, R&D analysis, outsourcing consulting, evaluation and improvement (supplier, customer, and administrative), team formation and accountability, operational evaluation, break-even analysis, variable vs. direct costs, customer relationship management, and employee leasing companies.
