Medical Employee Salary and Benefit Survey

In the ever-changing medical environment, physician practices must manage a number of complex employee and salary issues. Employee salary and benefit surveys are conducted throughout the country; however, local information may be the most valuable to you in making compensation decisions.

In order to assist physicians with their administrative goals, Yeo & Yeo’s Health Care Services Division is conducting its 2010 Medical Employee Salary and Benefit Survey in the counties surrounding our office locations. The survey results, available June 1, will offer pertinent information for evaluating and comparing your practice’s salary and benefits package to others in our state.

This survey is conducted every two years. The 2010 survey results are compiled into a 51-page spiral-bound report and mailed free of charge only to physicians who participated. Non-participants can purchase a copy of the results for $50.
