History
In 1923, James Yeo and his son, W.L., established Yeo & Yeo in Saginaw, Michigan. Subsequently, three generations of the Yeo family have shaped the firm's reputation for integrity and personalized service. Lloyd Yeo passes the torch to the next generation of 25 principals and over 200 employees. Today the firm celebrates 87 years of service.

In 2008 the principals and staff of Yeo & Yeo, P.C. were saddened by the loss of Lloyd J. Yeo, CPA, who was the firm's chief executive officer from 1965 until 1983. "Lloyd was a close mentor and confidante," stated John Kunitzer, President and CEO. "Lloyd leaves a tremendous legacy," he said. Lloyd Yeo passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2008, in Saginaw.
