What is the ideal Yeo & Yeo candidate like? The answer isn’t much different from what any other CPA firm or employer might say . . . talented, energetic, dedicated, ethical, and so on. We feel that there is something missing from the list and it is best summarized in two words: emotional intelligence. It is a combination of all of the interpersonal skills and good, old-fashioned common sense.
We realize that all new team members require training, on-the-job coaching and feedback to excel in their position.
